Paintbrushes are referred to as mediators.
 
In this workshop, we assess what you have to hand and explore the potential of using anything else apart from a paintbrush. 
 
This is a great way to let go and allow space for the unintentional and creative potential. During the session, we will look at this process as an anaology to identify themes and one's default approach and potential need for control. 
 
This session is a fun and creative way of gaining perspective of your patterns of behaviour and through the creative process identify where you can make minor adjustments to fine tune a more mindful and open to opportunity state of being.
